by Gina Homolka. Another blogger turned cookbook author, Gina from SkinnyTaste is really a lightened-up meals genius. Her blog is my go to resource for lightened up meals and I couldn’t help but purchase her cookbook immediately when it hit the shelves. I was so impressed by the design and choices for vegetarian and gluten free of charge items. Best however, Gina includes nutritional information and the photos are amazing. You guys will like her lightened up pancake meals!
by Danielle Walker. This is the very first paleo cookbook which i purchased. To be honest, I’m not paleo myself but I’ve usually wished to make some paleo meals and treats just to experiment. This cookbook hasn’t failed me; the dishes are simple, beautiful and deliciously healthy. It’s ideal for gluten free people, too! Browse the Against All Grain blog to get more tasty paleo recipes!

I think this might be a great gift for a Mom who wants to bake or who is experimenting with food for her kids. Like the pancakes (actually obsessed).
by Gaby Dalkin. Which means you like avocados? Me as well! Gaby from What’s Gaby Cooking food came out with this reserve last year and not only is it beautiful but incredibly refreshing and unique. Plus, avocados are healthy so essentially this cookbook is everything.
by Julie Morris. Tony got this publication for his sister this past year and I had the chance to web page through it; honestly it’s the most delicious smoothie reserve on earth. There are a lot of ingredients that you’ll have to unique order off of Amazon or head to Entire Foods, but trust me when I say it’s worth it!
